I'm Hanna. With warmth and empathy, I provide a safe environment for you to explore, heal and thrive. Since 2017, I support clients in navigating challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, loneliness, abuse, trauma, low self-confidence, menopause, loss, stress. My goal is to help clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, enhance trust in themselves, to support them in finding their own options for change and foster a sense of empowerment.
About me and my practice
My therapeutic approach centres around the belief that individuals inherently possess the capacity for self-awareness and positive growth.
I believe in a collaborative process, where we work together to explore your strengths, challenges and goals. In our sessions, you are the expert of your own experience. I provide a safe and empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns without fear or judgement.
Creating a judgement-free environment is essential to me, allowing you to express yourself openly and authentically.
Experience
I am working with clients since 2017 and had the privilege of working with people, mainly women, from all walks of life. From 2018 to 2021 I worked with an organisation that specialises in counselling domestic abuse survivors.
I regularly engage in professional development activities to stay informed, enhance my skills and ensure that I provide the most effective and compassionate work. Currently I am doing workshops about menopause and mental health.
